Leaf Spring Bearing Capacity Tester
The leaf spring bearing capacity tester is mainly used to test the pressure load, bearing capacity, compression deformation, compression stiffness, permanent deformation, compression failure, and compressive strength performance of automobile leaf springs.
The main body of the leaf spring load-bearing capacity tester is a semi-open single-arm structure. The piston of the two-way action cylinder is placed on the upper part. The movable support is placed on the worktable. The lateral movement distance is indicated by the ruler. A load sensor is connected to the end of the piston, a displacement sensor is placed on the main body, and the moving part is connected to the displacement sensor to complete the detection of test force and displacement signals. The sealing elements of the oil cylinder and piston all adopt imported special high-speed sealing elements. The hydraulic buffer is designed at the extreme position to avoid hard impact.
