Computer-controlled Spring Torsion Testing Machine
The computer-controlled spring torsion testing machine is composed of loading system, transmission system, data acquisition, processing, control system, etc.
The testing machine is driven by a precision CNC motor and a precision cycloid reducer. It has the characteristics of uniform loading, stability, no jitter or impact, and continuous and accurate data collection.
It can test the torsion, torque, torsion angle, torsion failure, and torque deformation of various springs, such as torsion springs, scroll springs, clockwork springs, torsion bar springs, and elastic components.
The computer-controlled torsion testing machine adopts computer control operation, and the software synchronously displays the torque-time, torsion angle-time, torque-torque angle, torque-rotation angle and other curves of the tested specimen; real-time display of angle, torque, torque peak and other parameters.
